Our mission is To connect family foundations with mission-aligned experts who bring the proximity, perspective, and experience needed to build trust, remain relevant, and drive meaningful community-centered change.

We envision a future where family foundations are led by those with the proximity, purpose, and lived experience needed to meet this moment. We believe when leadership reflects the communities most impacted by the issues philanthropy seeks to address, giving becomes more equitable, more relevant, and more effective.

Our Core
Values

Proximity with PurposE

We center leaders with lived experience, cultural fluency, and deep connection to the issues at hand. Proximity isn’t optional—it’s the engine of impact.

Integrity + Impact

We move beyond performative gestures to cultivate trust, accountability, and outcomes that matter. Substance over optics, always.

Pluralistic Leadership

We believe power is stronger when shared. By embracing a spectrum of identities, lived experiences, and leadership styles, we unlock collective wisdom and true innovation.

Legacy Through Connection

We honor the past while shaping the future—redefining legacy as something built with, not just for, the communities we aim to support.
